Dick Brannan and the Romy-Hammes Thunderbolt goes
against Herman Mozer in the '63 Ramchargers car during
the Top Stock eliminations at the '64 Winternationals.
Mozer's big Dodge, which had won Top Stock at both the
'63 Winternationals and Nationals, dispatched Brannan's
Thunderbolt to advance to the next round, losing the
eventual Top Stock Eliminator Tommy Grove in the next
