Francis Cook worked for Ford in the dealer contact areas visiting dealerships. He was one of the few that treated all dealers with respect, a Class Act. Guess what? He got more out of dealer cooperation then the many jerks and those that were afraid of their bosses . . . . of which there were many. Bill Cook is his son. The apple fell next to the tree.
