The Mill was located on Michigan Route 62 between Cassopolis and Dowagiac. This rendering was black and white and typically was hand colored in the 1940's. The Mill and the road no longer exist. The road was rerouted as it was a very dangerous curve and the Mill had to be removed. Believed to be in the 1960's. This picture was given to me by my mother. Upon the sale of their first Howell Point residence. It has significant meaning since it reminds me of my early years as I would travel back and forth for Sunday Mass, Saturday night movies, or just hang out.
